Family Fun Days are a celebration of community, movement, and opportunity for everyone. From toddlers to teens, parents to grandparents, these days are designed to bring the entire family together to play, connect, and be active outside and with each other. Whether you’re kicking a ball, trying a new sport, or just enjoying the energy of your neighborhood, Family Fun Days are about creating new bonds and stronger communities.

Our goal is to bring sports into every neighborhood across New Orleans and to introduce families to the array of programs that The 18th Ward offers. Family Fun Days are more than events. They are part of a movement toward equity and creating safe, joyful spaces where families can thrive, neighborhoods can connect, and kids can dream bigger. 

We will continue to play, coach, and lead with purpose until every child in all 17 wards of New Orleans has access to a strong and equitable community, and every family has a reason to come outside and play together.
