Beginner Swimming (Ages 5-14)
Beginner swimming is a program to develop confidence and competence in the water for those who have never swam before or who have very little experience. The goal of this program is:
Develop the skills and confidence to swim safely and navigate aquatic environments.
Demonstrate effective breath control to support efficient and comfortable swimming.
Gain confidence through mastery of foundational floating, kicking, and stroke techniques.
At this level, the goal is water safety.
